I stayed for 2 nights and the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming the whole time, plus the atmosphere was modern and inviting.

The location is right by the mountains of French Basque Country, and there are restaurant and several stops nearby.

We also enjoyed the convenience of in-room breakfast and the option to dine at the restaurant on-site. The swimming pool and garden area were perfect for relaxation.

excellent restaurant, excellent food, people working here are very nice. the property offers a contemporary vibes in the center of saint-jean-pied-de-port. for tea and goodies visit cafe ttipia, located close by.

Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with all the amenities one expects from a four-star hotel. The pool area was really nice and provided a great retreat from the heat.

Perfect holiday stay

Spent Christmas in a lovely hotel in the French countryside. The location is ideal as it is situated near the main roads and beautiful sites. Parking was available on-site which was a plus. The rooms were cozy and comfy. Breakfast was included and the pastries were divine. Best of all was the Christmas Eve dinner that included a lot of dishes: turkey, roasted potatoes, and gratin Dauphinois which were mouthwatering. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The downside was the pricing for dinner which was quite expensive. the service during dinner was formal and not very personal.
